SIMPLE STRAIGHT FORWARD PRICING

ONSITE / OFFSITE SUPPORT
DATANEXT wants our customers to get the best possible value from their preferred IT & cloud hosting provider. As such we have set our rates to be the most competitive that we possibly can. DATANEXT promises that we will never hide behind marketing spin or wrap our costing up into service contracts that most businesses just don’t need.

Our standard business hours (8am-5pm/Mon-Fri) onsite/offsite support rate is $120 ex per hour
Our after hours onsite/offsite support rate is $180 ex per hour

SUPPORT CONTRACTS
Some customers that have more demanding IT requirements may choose to negotiate an ongoing support contract. Some customers choose to go this route when they have a high dependancy application or require a lot of ongoing site attendances. DATANEXT will always be honest with our customers and advise whether this option is cost effective versus staying with standard ad hoc support. Depending on the amount of staff that a site has, a support contract can sometimes make sense as it gives access to our team 24/7 to address any issues that arise.

PROJECTS
For all project based work, DATANEXT will work with the customer to prepare an honest and detailed proposal for their consideration. One of our senior engineers will sit down with the customer and outline all facets of the proposal and provide a detailed costing breakdown so they know exactly what they are paying for and when each project goal will be completed.

NEXT CLOUD
DATANEXT has priced our cloud hosting platform to be extremely competitive. While each and every customer will need a tailored solution to match their ongoing needs, we have provided a rough estimate to host your servers in a number of different configurations.

Hybrid Cloud – A hybrid cloud is where some of the virtual servers run at the customers site and some exist on the NEXT CLOUD infrastructure out on the internet.
Private Cloud – A cloud solution where DATANEXT provide the hardware and software to run at the customers site. We manage it all and the customer experiences the benefits of NEXT CLOUD without your data sitting out on the wider internet. We find this solution to work best when the internet speed is impaired to the customers site or an internal application is not cloud ready.
Public Cloud – A cloud solution where all the customers virtual servers and data reside on our NEXT CLOUD infrastructure out on the internet. As with a private cloud we manage it all and perform the majority of support to the servers that are hosted.

For any of these options a customer can expect to pay anywhere from $700 – $2000 p/m depending on the number of servers, applications, users, data size etc. It’s much better to get in touch with us so we can prepare a detailed proposal for you.

At DATANEXT we do our utmost to get the best possible prices on any hardware & software that we supply. Through our channel partners and preferred vendors we will get you the best price on any IT equipment that you require.
